    Application

    When using a lip plumper, the effects are temporary and application of the lip plumper must be applied throughout the day to retain its effects. You can apply directly to your lips with the wand alone, under or over your lipstick.

    Enhance the effect of lip plumper by using a natural liner along the outside of your lips. Use a medium or light lipstick, as darker colors hinder the plumping appearance. Finish this off with a small amount of lip gloss in the center of your lips, to give them a pouting appearance.
