In my opinion, she has the best hair. Her layered wavy hair is perfect and I've tried to copy it already, hahaha but fail. I guess hair color is also a factor

yeah, that's right envy 09. messy hair looks good on hair with highlights. highlights really gives dimension to your hair.

@annamarie - yep it's tricky, when you try messy hairstyles to highlight-free hair, it just looks, well, messy. the highlights add definition add dimension definitely
