For me, most eyeliners will streak a little, even those which others swear are budge proof. This one survives my oily and teary eyes. Yippee, no more panda eyes.
Yes, combined we have a formidable collection! This is still my fav - very easy to apply and smudge proof. Only gripe is that it is difficult to draw a precise line and a wing tip with pencil. Just bought Kiss Me Heroine eyeliner which promises to not smudge even if I weep.
Ahh, I bought the Kiss Me Heroine eyeliner! Yes it does not smudge easily, but my favourite is still from Heavy Rotation. Pencil wise, you can check out Burberry's Eye Definer eyeliner; I'm using it for the first time today & it seems pretty good so far!
