All The Looks Chiara Ferragni Wore At Her Grand Wedding | Clozette

Famous fashion blogger and influencer Chiara Ferragni welcomed the new month with a wedding extravaganza. She and her beau, Italian rapper Federico Leonardo 'Fedez' Lucia, have been engaged since May 2017 and just had their son Leone seven months ago. But this weekend was where their formal fairytale started. The outdoor ceremony was held in a private 19th-century palazzo in Noto, which provided the perfect backdrop for the glamorous affair.

And the highlight of it all? The fashion blogger's outfit changes. Staying true to the industry that skyrocketed her to fame, Ferragni donned gorgeous and enviable dresses — emphasis on the plurality — throughout the festivities. We break down each look below.

Prada at the rehearsal dinner

Taking the phrase "your time to shine" on a whole new level, Ferragni wore a custom Prada cocktail dress during the rehearsal dinner; it sparkled like diamonds when hit by lights and camera flashes. The gold trimming along the neckline and trimmings went beautifully with the blogger's blonde half-do, making it the perfect primer dress for the extravagant wedding weekend.

Walking down the aisle like a modern Grace Kelly

During the ceremony proper, Ferragni walked down the aisle in a Grace Kelly-inspired high-necked long-sleeved dress from Maria Grazia Chiuri's first collection for Dior. Classic meets modern, the dress is actually composed of a lace romper base with beautifully crocheted details and a wrap-around semi-sheer tulle skirt. The elegant look is topped off with her low chignon updo adorned with a cathedral-length train. Talk about a princess vibe!

Vows sealed with the day's final dress

For the event's culmination, the gorgeous bride changed into another custom Dior Haute Couture piece in the form of an amazing embroidered ball gown. Drawing inspiration from another one of Chiuri's collections for Dior from Spring/Summer 2017, the two-piece tulle ensemble is embellished with words and symbols from the song Fedez wrote and used to propose to her. She then swapped the massive skirt to a mini-tulle version later into the night to allow for better movement in their amusement park-inspired reception complete with a Ferris wheel, a carousel and fireworks display. How can it get any more romantic and dreamy than that?

We seek comfort when we travel, but why dress shabbily when you can go for chic? Nobody said you can’t stay on top of your style game while making sure your comfort level is not sacrificed. So heed these tips and learn how you can get the best of both worlds.

Carry a jacket or cover-up

Planes are notoriously cold. Make sure you stay fashionably warm with the help of a chic cover-up. If you’re heading to a warm destination, choose one that isn’t overly thick or warm that for the chilly nights out.

Wear a comfortable top with breathable fabric

There’s nothing you want more than ease of movement when you’re stuck on a plane for hours. Pick an outfit that doesn’t have an elaborate silhouette and that won’t constrict your movement. A cotton-jersey shirt is always a good option.

Opt for leggings instead of jeans

You’ll want to be able to stretch and sit comfortably, so jeans are a no-go. A pair of leggings or jeggings is what you need. Make sure to choose one that doesn’t have a thin material, though, so you won’t get cold. If you’re not the type to wear leggings, a pair of wide-legged pants in a comfortable fabric can also do the trick!

Ditch the heels

The airport runway could be your fashion runway – heels not required, and quite frankly, not advisable. Sneakers, ballet flats and espadrilles are just a few of the super-chic options you can choose from.
