We love a good #MOTD. And most days we just wish it's okay to walk up to someone and ask "What's on your face?" It's not strange at all--right? We just want to know the foundation used for skin that looks so dewy and fresh, or what eyeshadow palette was used to create that gorgeous the smokey eye. Really reasonable explanation.

But since we have such a wonderful community of beauty-savvy girls who are more than happy to share their #MOTD looks with us, we thought it'll be much easier to just take a peek into their feed and see the products they used to create a variety of looks. From everyday work/school looks, to a smokey-eye, to a pop of bright pink...there's a style for everyone. Here are some of the makeup-of-the-day looks to add to your makeup inspiration board.

Lovers of K-Makeup, rejoice! Sulwhasoo (Korea's luxury holistic skincare brand) has introduced an extension of its innovative, best-selling cushion foundation range: the Perfecting Cushion Brightening--setting a new benchmark to a brighter and clearer complexion.

Created with the busy professional woman in mind, the Perfecting Cushion Brightening enhances skin with a satin-like soft matte finish that lasts up to 12 hours. Available in four natural skin tones from light pink to deep beige, the Perfecting Cushion Brightening offers medium coverage with an ultra-bright glow for the woman-on-the-go.

But more than just a foundation, the Perfecting Cushion Brightening also incorporates Sulwhasoo’s signature approach of traditional Asian well-being philosophies with its cutting-edge technology—addressing the most popular aspirations on any woman’s skincare dreams.

Here are 3 reasons why we're in love with Sulwhasoo’s latest cushion:

1. Brighter and Glowing Complexion

A mix of its White Magnolia extract and Pearlescent Complex refines and brightens the skin--an idea inspired by the Korean traditional medicine philosophies of Dongui Bogam which highlights the brightening properties of pearl. Together with the brightening effects of White Magnolia (which effectively reduces melanin), skin looks more glowy over time.

2. Towards Clearer Skin

It contains ingredients that target skin problems such as Licorice Purifying Water--that has detoxifying and revitalization properties--and White Ginseng Polysaccharide. Together, they combat pigmentation and improve skin clarity and dull, sallow skin.

3. Flawless Skin Texture

Aside from the skin benefits, the main point of the cushion is to give the skin a smooth, flawless texture. The Perfecting Cushion Brightening offers a non-sticky, lightweight, and soft-matte finish that keeps excess sebum at bay. The result: flawless skin through the day.

Sulwhasoo’s Perfecting Cushion Brightening is available in Malaysia at Parkson branches Pavilion KL, KLCC, 1 Utama and Gurney Plaza, Penang, from June 2015 and retails for RM210.

Contouring the face may take a few steps back as strobing takes the spotlight. As demonstrated by Nikkie Tutorials' channel, strobing is basically highlighting parts of your face 2 or 3 times more than usual for it to really stand out. It gives you a contour effect but with a more dewy and glowy finish.

Clown Contour

by: belladelune

It all started with a few negative comments about makeup artist belladelune looking like a clown whenever she contours in her makeup videos. She responded by showing what a real clown looks like and how makeup can be a real artwork if you know what you're doing. See what she has to say with this impressive technique that also corrects, contours, and highlights your face.

Who knew you could actually cook something on your face? Well, it's not edible; but it would definitely make you feel more than satisfied after doing it! Baking is a technique to make your under eye area free from creasing. Just like any cooking method, it needs a few more ingredients than what you usually have in your makeup routine. Watch this video by Heidi Hamoud to know what these "ingredients" are and how they result in a flawless look.
