Recreate The Makeup Looks From Clozette Style Party

Clozette Style Party at Suntec City, North Atrium was nothing short of amazing with its chic lineup of fashion shows and gorgeous guests. But the segment that still has us beauty addicts buzzing are the 2 beauty demos taught by none other than YouTube star Morgan from The Beauty Breakdown, with fellow YouTuber Sunny Dahye and Singaporean influencer Francesca Tan as her models.

During the demonstrations, popular K-beauty looks “Blushing Doll” and “Polished Look” were created using renowned K-beauty brand LANEIGE’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection. The beauty segment gave the audience a quick tutorial on how to easily recreate the runway looks at home.

So whether you want to rock a classic look or a more ethereal one, keep scrolling below for the tips we picked up on how to create these 2 looks from the ultimate social party of the year!

Blend, blend, blend with Blushing Doll

We all know that to achieve a healthy pink glow, we have to use blush (or in this case, lipstick); and Blushing Doll is full of that!

To recreate this, simply fill in your brows first. Make sure to use light strokes and to not emphasise the arch of your brow as this whole look is about 'softness'. Next, take the LANEIGE Two Tone Lip Bar and gently apply it on your cheekbones and brow bones, joining the two together. Don’t forget to blend, blend, blend! To soften the look further, blend the colour with a few pats of the LANEIGE BB Cushion until you achieve that softly blurred effect. Lastly, use the Lip Bar on your lips to achieve that sweet finish!

Glow with the Polished Look

The Polished look is all about giving your complexion a brightening and glowing effect. To achieve this, opt for a dewy base such as the LANEIGE BB Cushion for that luminous sheen!

Second, groom your brows upwards and fill them in using hair-like strokes. After, make your peepers brighter and more defined using the LANEIGE Two Tone Shadow Bar. Next, to make your lashes look thicker, tight-line your eyes with a brown or black pencil and finish it off with a few coats of mascara for natural-looking lashes. To complete the look, take a neutral lippie with a hit of shine for a kissable and chic pout!
