See K-Pop Band BTS's Hair Evolution

Four years in the making

This month, Korean boyband BTS (Bangtan Boys) dropped another hit track to bless us all. And today, Love Yourself: Her gained a top spot on the Billboard 200 album chart. Whew. They've really come a long way since they started.

To celebrate with the A.R.M.Y (Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth), let's take a look back at their notable hair transformations through their four years of existence as a group.

No More Dream (2013)

The song that started it all. We see the BTS members in their debut, clad in edgy hip-hop ensembles. To match the overall vibe, members were seen in boyish cuts with a touch of fringes. Rap Monster's haircut here is the most visually striking as he sported tall thick hair.

Danger (2014)

This music video will be remembered as the one where V accidentally cut his real hair instead of the wig. Aside from that, other notable changes are Suga going electric red and Rap Monster going platinum blonde.

Run (2015)

Two words: Mint Suga. Suga shocked us all when he decided to go for an eccentric mint green hair colour. We're slightly jealous of how he can effortlessly pull it off.

Blood, Sweat & Tears (2016)

This time, it's Jin who steals the spotlight with his soft, pink-hued hair. Count on K-Pop idols to look unbelievably charming in unconventional hair colours.

Love Yourself: Her

Far from their debut appearance, BTS sported bright and playful ensembles for their latest MV. They even got light and pastel hair colours to match the overall exuberant vibe of their new hit track. Head-turning changes are Rap Monster's rose gold blonde hair, J-Hope's new apricot hue and Suga's teal locks.
