Japanese clothing company Uniqlo just came out with their Women In Movies collection, featuring iconic quotes and moments from the strong female leads of Devil Wears Prada, Flashdance, and La La Land. If you need that extra boost of confidence for casual Fridays, you should definitely nab a piece from this range.

We love fashion but love fashion with a cause even more. New York Fashion Week began last Wednesday with a gala hosted by The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR), one of the world’s leading nonprofit organisations dedicated to supporting AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education, and advocacy. The gala involved special performances from Charlie Puth and attendance from figures like Michael Kors and Coco Rocha.

Selena Gomez Reveals Her Beauty Brand, Rare Beauty

The ex-Disney star announced that she would be coming out with her own beauty brand this week. Called Rare Beauty, the brand is centred around Gomez’s belief that beauty is found in self-acceptance and unique imperfections. This is not only about beauty brands — the company wants to shape conversations around beauty, self-acceptance, and mental health. It will be available exclusively in Sephora US this summer but we hope it will make its way to Asia soon after.
