Time is on a rush, don't you think? It's already the last week of February which means March is on its way. So take a breather from your busy-day and catch up on the fashion and beauty videos you may have missed through the week.

We've rounded up videos on travel must-haves, the latest liquid lipsticks, and even thrifting. Happy watching!

Travel Makeup and Skincare

By: Sarocha B

The end of the month is one of the best times to feed your wanderlust. Since we've been seeing Clozette Ambassadors such as hannatantoco and ssydneyho and even our very own SmitaDeSouza travelling to different places, we thought we'd equip you with this video from Sarocha B. It's a short video on her skincare and beauty must-haves when travelling. These are essential since travelling can sometimes mess up your skin due to the long travel time, change of weather, and jet lag. Best if you bring products similar to these to avoid beauty and skincare fails when you're in another place far from home.

Mogo Mondays: Thrift Shopping Tips and Tricks

By: Kastor and Pollux

Thrifting is not everyone's cup of tea but for edgy fashion vloggers, Kastor and Pollux, it's synonymous to shopping at a regular store. Instead of finding new clothes, you'll find old clothes that are worth refashioning. You'll always find treasures in a thrift store and this video gives us tips on how to find these "gems" : bring a friend, devise a plan, try clothes on, be selective, practice makes perfect, and have fun!

Lip Swatches Review on NYX Intense Butter Gloss

By: KathleenLights

One of our favourite beauty vloggers, KathleenLights, has been working on a mini series on lip swatches. It's basically one whole week (except Sunday) of lip swatches from both drugstore and high-end brands. This is her first video in the series featuring NYX Intense Butter Gloss and according to her review, they last longer than the usual liquid lipstick! We're eyeing on 5 shades---Tres Leches, Chocolate Crepe, Banana Split, Napoleon, and Apple Crisp! Which ones are yours?

Huge Spring Fashion and Beauty Haul

By: Niki and Gabi

Niki and Gabi are amazing twin vloggers that have almost 1 million subscribers. This haul video of theirs explains why: they're so much fun to watch! You can see from their hauls how different their styles are despite being twins. Nikki is more into colourful outfits while Gabi is into glittery and classy pieces. All their purchases is for their future trip to L.A. and these spring pieces certainly fit the California vibe.

How I Got Clear Skin

By: Teni Panosian

Vlogger Teni Panosian spills the real deal on how she got her clear skin back. Aside from committing to her skincare routine, she also drastically changed her lifestyle. She said goodbye a lot of projects, even if she wanted them, to avoid stress and she also got into a juicing habit. This just proves that healthy skin is really dependent on what you put in your body.

The Clozette Team gathered in full-force earlier this month to host a fun-filled K-Party for our Clozette Ambassadors and Star Clozetters at Farm to Table Cafe on the 7th of February, 2015.

As an online community catering to Fashion & Beauty enthusiasts from around the region, one of the favourite things we look forward to are events such as these where we are able to meet and mingle with our members and get to know them beyond their online personality. It's always heart-warming to see our community in person and see them all form friendships that last beyond the online community. It's a close-knit family and it was truly an event that couldn't have been possible without the constant support and love from our Clozette Ambassadors and Star Clozetters.

Of course, an event such as this would not be possible without support from our friends, so we'd like to extend special thanks to the following sponsors for being a part of our event: LANEIGE, The Nail Social, Philosophy, Foundry & Co, Miacare, JL Heart, and Icing On The Cake.

We welcomed attendees at the registration booth with name tags so they could easily identity each other through their Clozette profiles.

We also had special badges for our Clozette Ambassadors & Star Clozetters.

In keeping with the K-theme of our party, the lovely people at Farm To Table Cafe specially whipped up a delicious buffet line-up that consisted of Korean-inspired dishes and delectable desserts.

Farm To Table Cafe is located at 83 Duxton Road, Singapore (At Duxton Hotel).

Our friends from Laneige had a booth where attendees could try their soon-to-be-released Two-Tone Lip Bar that makes achieving that perfect gradient lip a breeze.

Attendees were also able to get colour-matched for the BB Cushion, selecting between the Whitening BB Cushion or the Pore-Control BB Cushion---which they got to take home as part of the goodie bag.

Here's a snap of our Glam Asia Editor, Smita De Souza, giving the two-tone lip bars a try. The lip bars will be released in Singapore on March 2015, so watch out for it! We've already got our eyes set on a few choice colours (fun fact: majority of the Clozette Team opted to wear #5 throughout the party, a pink-to-red gradient shade).

The women of The Nail Social were also on hand to give express manicures for our Ambassadors & Star Clozetters.

One of the things we love about The Nail Social is that they were established with the aim of training and employing local underprivileged women to help them progress from a position of vulnerability to security and self-sufficiency. So for socially-responsible nail services coupled with a cafe and fair-trade retail all under one roof, visit them at 42A Haji Lane (2nd Floor), Singapore.

Our dear friends from JL Heart (who we did a Date-Night Feature on last year) were also there with a display booth featuring their latest accessories.

JL Heart curates a range of jewellery consisting of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, with the materials of choice being 925 sterling silver, 14K pink gold and 14K yellow gold. They believe in quality in design, materials used, and workmanship.

Our very own Clozette Team also had a booth, giving our attendees golden tattoos that added a bit of glimmer to their OOTDs for the day.

And of course, what is a party without some photobooth fun? Here are a few of our favourite snaps!

It cannot be denied that wearing shorts and pants are extremely comfortable. But there's something lacking in these bottoms that only a skirt can satisfy---the power to look sweet and dainty. With the range of options available now, skirts are no longer just girly-girl items of clothing, they now also cater to fit a wide range of styles---from that sweet girl-next-door-look to a quaint monochrome OOTD.

So if you're looking to stock up on these wardrobe mainstays, here are 5 must-have skirt styles you need to have.

Printed Skirt

(photo from SheraneTeo)

It was back in 2013 when printed skirts came to be and they have maintained their status until now because more and more designers are incorporating art into their fabrics. A design of a printed skirt can range from floral, to abstract, to patterns, or even to a tribute to Star Wars. Simply put---there are so many prints out there that fit every fashionista's personality. So add a dash of fun to your wardrobe by stocking up on a range of printed skirts.

If you're not comfortable with a mini-skirt but don't like a full-length one either, then the midi- skirt is for you! Whether it's body-con or flowy, a midi-skirt is the classiest choice of them all. They look great when paired with heels and a simple top.

Circle Skirt

The circle skirt accentuates a woman's body pretty well---tight on the waist and circular at the bottom, giving you an hourglass figure. Pair it with a fitted top, or tuck it in to balance out the shape.

Maxi Skirt

Contrary to popular belief, a full-length skirt looks good on both tall and petite girls. Get one with slits on both sides if you want to flaunt your legs, or a buy an ombre-coloured one for summer vacations, or get a floral-printed one for that carefree, hippie vibe.

Mini skirt

Living in this region means there are more sunny days than cold ones, so it totally make sense that the current crowd favourite is the mini-skirt. It's length is fun to style and is a good substitute to the short-shorts everyone is wearing. A mini-skirt can be denim, plaid, asymmetrical, or suede. If you need a good middle-ground, opt for skorts---a mix of a skirt and a short, which makes going mini less daunting and more comfortable.
