When I was younger and sick, ah Ma used to boil Super soupy porridge and add salt 🧂 .
She says it’s cooling and I can recover faster and better. .
And a bit older, she would buy the 3 legs water, tasted like plain water but it’s awful. .
It’s the water for sick 🤒 people and I just don’t like it. .
Fast forward to many years later, I saw a familiar bottle in my Shape Run goodie bag . . . .
It’s the 3 Legs Brand Water .
Memories flash back .
And my ah Ma is no longer around, her loud voice “Lai Lim Liang Shui” (loosely translate as come drink cooling water) rings at the back of my head. .
I twist open the cap and took a sip, still remembering it as “the sick man water” .
Boy, was I surprised 😯 .
It’s not the taste which I used to remember, the plain water taste .
It’s sweet and refreshing, not overly choking sweet but just nice; and it has a hint of lychee. .
I finish it at one go. . .
It’s still the same Three Legs🦵 Brand Water but they have revamped and added a new flavour, lychee. . .
Not only does it taste refreshing and good, it also reduces my body heat and it’s definitely a bottle which I will reach out for as and when. .
It’s definitely much better than reaching out for carbonated soda or other sugary drinks. .
It’s a bottle of goodness suitable for the young and old as each 100 ml contains 90mg of Gypsum Fibrosum, 45mg of Calcitum and 6.615g of Fructose .
Each bottle which is 320ml is handy enough to even slip into your little one’s bag
