Clozette Mailing List Monthly Draw Terms & Conditions
By participating in this giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by the official contest rules. The Clozette Newsletter Subscription Drive consists of SIX (6) prize giveaways held over a period of SIX (6) months between 1 February 2021 – 31 July 2021, sponsored by Clozette Pte Ltd.
Participants who do not win in the earlier rounds of the giveaway will be automatically entered for the next giveaway round.
PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY FOR GIVEAWAY
This promotion is open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia, and The Philippines aged 18 and above.
Employees of Clozette Pte Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for this contest.
Participants must subscribe to the Clozette Newsletter via the subscription form on Clozette.co between 1 February 2021 – 31 July 2021.
Participants can only enter once for the duration of the giveaway.
Clozette Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the rules without prior notification of the participants and members.
DESCRIPTION FOR THE MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
A participant may only win once for the entire draw using one e-mail address.
At the end of each round of giveaway, ONE (1) winner will be picked by our system from the pool of qualified entries.
Each giveaway will run from the first day of each month beginning from 1 February 2021, and conclude on the last day of the month at 23:59 hours SGT (Singapore Time, GMT+8).
Participants who do not win in earlier rounds of the giveaway will be automatically entered for the next giveaway round.
Results will be announced on Clozette's official Facebook page and the winners will also be notified through email by a Clozette representative.
The winners must be available to receive their prizes via local courier or post upon winning.
The winners are bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure on the winners’ part to accept prize when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and the Clozette Pte Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to another winner(s).

Participants are required to provide their email address and country of residence to complete registration.
By participating in the Clozette Newsletter Subscription Drive you agree to the use of your information by Clozette Pte Ltd and its affiliates for the distribution of promotional materials (including emails) from Clozette.
Please be informed that under Singapore’s Personal data Protection Act, you have the discretion to decide if you would like to provide us with your personal information as highlighted in point 1. However, we regret to inform that you will not be eligible to participate in the Clozette Monthly Draw should you decline to do so.
